Dental Implants have become treatment of choice in India since a decade. With proper patient education and relative success rates the major part of Indian population (MIG) are opting for Implant as treatment modality. Since India, being a developing country, large percentage (%) of population cannot afford expensive treatment. Several modification and alternatives are followed to fetch best possible outcome. Instead of costly bone grafts and surgical procedures, natural resources and alternative procedures are utilized. In short, due to economic barrier between the patient and the Implantologist, the surgical procedure becomes challenging.
